Training and education

The Training Advocate helps people who have questions or concerns about the training system by:

  • providing information, advice and advocacy
  • investigating complaints
  • monitoring the training system.

The 'training system' comprises:

  • higher education
  • vocational education and training (including apprenticehips and traineeships)
  • adult community education
  • education services for overseas students.
