Training and education
The Training Advocate helps people who have questions or concerns about the training system by:
- providing information, advice and advocacy
- investigating complaints
- monitoring the training system.
The 'training system' comprises:
- higher education
- vocational education and training (including apprenticehips and traineeships)
- adult community education
- education services for overseas students.
