Getting a copy of your certificate of title

You may need a copy of your certificate of title for various reasons including lodging development applications or applying for council approval for a pergola or extension.

A copy of a certificate of title is also called a register search. A certificate of title is an official record of land ownership in South Australia. The fee payable for the 2015/2016 financial year is $27.25 - example of a certificate of title 53.5 KB.
