Pre-lodgement service for development in Adelaide

The pre-lodgement service is a free and voluntary service offered to proponents of development projects in:

  • the Adelaide City Council area that have a value of over $10 million
  • an Inner Metro Urban Corridor Zone that involve buildings of five storeys or more
  • the Adelaide Central Business District that involve operation under a Small Venue License.

This service can help you prepare your development application for lodgement and reduce delays during assessment. The service is optional - you do not need to use it in order to lodge an application.

All information you provide during the pre-lodgement process is treated as confidential.

For details about the service and how to apply see Pre-lodgement service

For information about the assessment process for other types of development proposals see Development applications and how they are assessed.
