The Energy Partners Program offers free training to staff and volunteers to help organisations support their clients. It could be a 10-minute overview in a scheduled staff meeting or multiple short sessions delivered over weeks.
EPP can also develop personalised training for partners to deliver. Topics can include how to:
- access services, which support clients with their energy needs
- make energy bills more manageable
- become an efficient energy user
- use the Home Energy Toolkit (990.9 KB PDF).
