Companion Card
The South Australian Companion Card is for people with lifelong disability who require constant attendant care. When the cardholder buys a ticket for themselves at a participating venue, their carer has free entry to the same event.
A cardholder with a valid metro ticket can also bring a carer on public transport. The carer travels free.

Use the Australian government's disability gateway to find out about sporting groups and programs, holidays and going out, community programs, and social activities.
Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing
The Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing works with state sporting organisations, and government and non-government agencies to support the inclusion of people with disability in sport.

Volunteering can provide the chance to meet new people, share knowledge and experience and learn new skills.
