To claim the concession you must complete an "Application for Concessions" form. Eligibility criteria can be viewed on the Department for Families and Communities web site.

Regional South Australians get their water via one of the large pipelines from the River Murray, from several small rural reservoirs or from local dams and ground water bores.

2/06/2009 5:55:38 PM SA Water keeps plans of all properties internal sewer drains. Customers or plumbers occasionally require these plans for any modifications or repairs to these drains. For more information about this service (or access these plans online if you're a registered user with an account), select "Property Services" from the Customer Centre menu, then "Water and Sewer Pipe Information" from the list of services.
