8/11/2009 1:59:21 PM Glyn Lehmann is a freelance composer, songwriter, music arranger, sound designer and musician. From his studio in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia he composes music for film, television, theatre, multi-media productions and live performance.
He has a degree in Performing Arts (Music) and experience in musical styles ranging from rock, pop, folk, roots/world to jazz, classical and electronica.
As a songwriter he writes both music and lyrics for musical theatre, special events, choirs, solo artists and bands.
He composes and arranges music for orchestra, schools (stage bands, concert bands, string orchestra etc), soloists and ensembles of all kinds.
Using the latest Sibelius software, Glyn transcribes and arranges songs and compositions for other songwriters and musicians from their recordings.
He can also create high quality backing tracks using 'real' instruments and the best sampled instruments available.

13/01/2010 4:05:35 PM The Hahndorf Band Festival is an annual event conducted in collaboration with the SA Band Association, and features a street march and entertainment contest between South Australia's premier community brass and concert bands. Conducted in May each year on the Saturday preceding Mother's Day, the event provides a splendid spectacle as the bands march down Hahndorf's popular Main Street, and later each perform on stage in the historic Hahndorf Institute Hall to a thrilled audience.
The Festival culminates in the evening with the presentation of the local Hahndorf Town Band's annual 'Musikfest', which has delighted audiences for over thirty years.
