If you lose or damage your vehicle registration label, certificate or short-term unregistered vehicle permit follow these steps to order a replacement:
Step 1:
Complete an application (PDF 29KB) for a replacement registration label, certificate or unregistered vehicle permit.
Step 2: Ensure the registered owner signs the application.
Step 3: Lodge the application at a Service SA
customer service centre.
Take your driver’s licence with you to the customer service centre as proof of identity and they will issue the replacement immediately upon payment of a
level 2 administration fee.
