Motor driving instructor fees

The fees below are effective from 1 July 2012.

Proficiency test for motor driving instructor's licence (theory test) plus a level two administration fee	$63.00
Proficiency test for motor driving instructor's licence (practical test) plus a level two administration fee	$5 513.00
Motor driving instructor's licence	$88.00 per year
Duplicate motor driving instructor's licence	$17.00
Appointment as an authorised examiner	$129.00
Proficiency tests for authorised examiners for a vehicle with a GVM not exceeding 4.5 tonne (price is per day plus an administration fee)	$225.00 a day + $19.00
Proficiency tests for authorised examiners for a vehicle with a GVM exceeding 4.5 tonne (price is per day plus an administration fee)	$379.00 a day + $19.00
