Replacing boat labels and certificates

If you lose or destroy your boat registration label, registration certificate or your Boat Code certificate, you should apply for a replacement as soon as possible.

Applying for a replacement boat registration label or certificate

1. Download and complete the application for replacement registration label or certificate (PDF 36KB). 
2. Return it to a Service SA customer service centre. 

A fee is payable.
