HACC Forum 2012

The 2012 Home and Community Care (HACC) Forum, to be held on Tuesday 12 June, will provide a time to celebrate the great work achieved in the program.

It will showcase examples of the HACC Service Principles in action and discuss strategies for sustaining them in practice. The forum will energise, inspire and motivate you, as you hear what can be achieved through consumer centred practice. The forum also presents an opportunity to hear 'where to from here' from both the State and the Commonwealth.
