Help for residents paying bond, rent in advance and rent in arrears

Rooming houses can charge up to two weeks' bond and one weeks' rent in advance.

Residents may be eligible for help paying:

all or part of the bond and up to one weeks' rent in advance see Applying for financial assistance for more information
rent in arrears see Rent in arrears for more information.
