Consumer and Business Services (CBS) is the new name for the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs (OCBA). The name changed from 1 July 2011 and a single phone number has been created for all sections including the Tenancies Branch, Residential Tenancies Tribunal Registry, Consumer Affairs and Business and Occupational Services.
