Once a document that has been lodged with the Land Titles Office is examined and registered they are available for viewing through PropertyAssist.

View unregistered documents

Unregistered documents can only be viewed at the Land Services Group counter. 

To view an unregistered document complete the online order form. 

This form must be submitted by 3 pm the day before you want to view an unregistered document.  The document will then be available from 10 am the following day.
