The Property Valuation Listing (PVL) contains:
- valuation numbers
- property locations
- title references
- land use codes and improvements
- site areas
- zonings
- current and historical site and capital values
- future valuation numbers.

The property valuations for 2012/ 2013 were determined as at 1 January 2012. This listing is compiled as of July 2012 when the 2012/ 2013 property valuations came into force. It is limited to the data available at that time.
Property values and other data items are subject to ongoing amendment and may have been altered since the listing was compiled.

To access the PVL you will need a user name and password. To start an account complete a subscription form (PDF 61KB) and return this to Land Services Group (LSG) by:
An annual subscription fee of $313 is charged for each user name. Payment can be made:
- by cheque made out to the Land Services group and returned to LSG, or
- it can be charged to your LSG account.

Searching the PVL
You can search the listing using a:
- valuation number
- property location
- title reference
- site area
- plan and parcel reference
- land use code.
The PVL is available 7.00 am – 9.00 pm daily.

As an account holder you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password security.
Any changes to accounts must be made in writing by:
