Property valuation review fees

The fee for a property valuation review for the 2011/ 2012 financial year is:

  • $90.50 for land used solely as your principle place of residence
  • $224 for any other land.

PIERS Online fee

A fee of $8.30 is payable for all plans ordered through PIERS Online, other than:

  • rack plans
  • survey graphic index sheets
  • plots and survey mark locality plans

Cost of returning items by registered mail is $8.20 (inc. GST).
