Property valuation review fees

The fee for a property valuation review for the 2012/ 2013 financial year is:

  • $93.50 for land used solely as your principle place of residence
  • $231 for any other land.

PIERS Online fee

From 1 July 2012 a fee of $8.60 is payable for all plans ordered through PIERS Online, other than:

  • rack plans
  • survey graphic index sheets
  • plots and survey mark locality plans

Postage fee

From 1 July 2012 the cost of returning items by registered mail is $8.50 (inc. GST).
