The proposal

The proposal for the construction of a marina by the Stansbury Marina Development Company north of the existing jetty at Stansbury.

It comprises:

• a marina consisting of a basin and moorings for 100 recreational boats
• a residential sub-division of 113 waterfront allotments and waterways.

The original application was lodged on 28 June 2007 with an amended application lodged 18 September 2007.
