Grants

School communities can apply for a grant to fund new initiatives that encourage more involvement by parents and caregivers.

Each year the state government provides up to $60,000 in funding under its Parent Initiatives in Education (PIE) program.

PIE projects are intended to encourage greater participation of parents and caregivers who are not well represented in preschool or school decision-making.

For more information contact the PIE project officer on 8463 5605.
