SA Government response to the Children on APY Lands Commission of Inquiry Report

The South Australian Government tabled its initial response to the Children on APY Lands Commission of Inquiry report in Parliament on 24 July 2008. The Government has subsequently tabled an implementation report and three annual progress reports in Parliament. These reports are available to download below.

Commission of Inquiry Report (Children on the APY Lands)

The State Government has tabled in Parliament the report from Commissioner Ted Mullighan resulting from the Children on the APY Lands Commission of Inquiry.

The report costs $6.60 (GST inclusive) plus postage and handling charges and can be purchased:

  • over the counter at Service SA, Government Legislation Outlet, 108 North Terrace, Adelaide.
  • by phoning Service SA on 13 23 24.
  • online from the Service SA Online Shop.

People who made submissions to the Inquiry can get a copy from Aboriginal Services within the Department for Families and Communities on (08) 8413 8136.
