How to make a nomination
Nominations are open 1 May until 13 July 2012.
An initiative can be nominated in more than one category. Multiple awards can be won by one organisation if each nomination details a different initiative. All nominations are subject to the terms and conditions (PDF 31KB) (Word 87KB).
Make a nomination in three ways:
- complete an online application (PDF 315KB)
- print and complete the application form (PDF 315KB) and post to:
