Overview

A licence is required to store LP gas, class 3, 6 and 8 when certain limits are exceeded.

The Dangerous Substances Act 1979 and Dangerous Substances Regulations 2002 regulate the keeping, handling, transporting, conveyancing, use and disposal, and quality of all dangerous substances.
