No fee is payable for cancelling a business name.
Cancellation process
The form to cancel a business name can be found on the website of Consumer and Business Services (CBS).
Do not use this form if the business has been sold and the new proprietors wish to continue to use the business name. In this case, complete the form change in proprietors of a business name.
