The Westwood project is a joint venture between the SA Housing Trust and Urban Pacific which involves the regeneration of an area of Adelaide known as ‘The Parks’, covering six kilometres taking in the suburbs of Angle Park, Athol Park, Ferryden Park, Mansfield Park and Woodville Gardens. The Project Committee was established for the life of the project to monitor performance against objectives and the various legal documents which guide the project and to bring together the separate obligations and responsibilities, and related interests of the Trust and Urban Pacific.
