SA.GOV.AU is the best place for South Australian citizens and businesses to find government services and information. The site is managed by Digital Citizen Services in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. We work with the rest of government to make things clear, simple and easy. It's a big task, and over 150 people from every department work with us to link up government services and present things in a consistent way using plain language. Our standards and guidance support this work.
Feedback and enquiries
Customers are at the heart of what we do and how we do it, so please let us know what's working and what's not:
- Send feedback about a particular page by answering a couple of questions that appear at the bottom of the page. Your comments are sent to the person responsible for the page, so that they can make changes if necessary.
- If you've searched the site and still can't find what you're looking for, you're welcome to send an enquiry. We'll forward your message to the appropriate part of government so they can respond to you directly.
You can also contact Service SA by:
- visiting a customer service centre
- phoning the 13 23 24 (cost of a local call).
As well as managing SA.GOV.AU, we're always working on ways that government can do things better.
